The offer and sale of products on our website vertigowatches.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on vertigowatches.com are sold directly by Vertigo Watches Srls, registered office in Italy, Piazza Sallustio 3 00187 Rome (RM) - Tax Code and VAT 15985771003 - REA RM - 1627329.

  1. Vertigo Watches’ commercial policy
    1. Vertigo Watches (hereinafter the Seller) offers products for sale on vertigowatches.com and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively with its end users (so-called “consumers”).
    2. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on vertigowatches.com
  2. How to conclude the contract with Vertigo Watches
    1. To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products, you must fill out the order form electronically and send it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions.
    2. The order form contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and a summary of information about the essential characteristics of each ordered product and the related price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment methods available for purchasing each product, the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the methods and time limits for returning purchased products.
    3. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, subject to verification of the accuracy of the order data.
    4. Before purchasing the products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal.
    5. The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process orders and, in any case, within the terms of the law.
    6. Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
    7. The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
    8. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your purchase order.
    9. The Seller may not process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect (e.g., in case of product unavailability). In such cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products displayed on vertigowatches.com are no longer available or for sale at the time of sending the order form, the Seller will promptly inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products. In the event of submission of the order form and payment of the product, the Seller will refund the amounts you have already paid.
    10. By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your relationship with the Seller. If you do not agree with some of the terms stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form to purchase the products.
    11. By submitting the order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on vertigowatches.com, including those referenced via links, such as the General Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the information on the right of withdrawal.
    12. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already included in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, details of the essential characteristics of the product, and detailed indication of the price, payment methods, and delivery costs).
  3. Warranties and product pricing
    1. The Seller does not sell used products.
    2. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on vertigowatches.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on vertigowatches.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
    3. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
    4. All products come with a warranty certificate. Please do not discard these certificates as they are an integral part of the product, and the Seller, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products lacking a warranty certificate, altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or damaged.
  4. Payments
    1. To pay for the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you may use one of the methods indicated in the order form.
    2. Financial information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures related to your purchase and to issue the related refunds in case of product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report the commission of fraud on vertigowatches.com to the police authorities.
  5. Shipping and product delivery
    1. Shipments within Italy are made by courier SDA Express Courier Gruppo Poste Italiane. Shipments outside these locations will be made by DHL or BRT courier. Shipping costs will be added at the time of order.

    1. You can request any information using the support section of the website.
  7. Right of withdrawal
    1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) business days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on vertigowatches.com
    2. To withdraw from the contract, you must send an email to warranty@vertigowatches.com, indicating the order number, complying with the provisions in point 3.4 of this document, and stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract. You will receive a prompt response containing all the necessary operational information/instructions to proceed with the withdrawal.
    3. In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from when you received the products.
    4. The only costs at your expense are those for returning the purchased products.
    5. The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to complying with the terms and methods described in points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4 – shall be deemed correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully met:
      a) the email to be sent, as provided in point 7.2 of this document, must be correctly sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the products;
      b) the products must not have been used or damaged;
      c) the warranty certificate must still be present as it is an integral part of the sold product;
      d) the products must be returned in their original packaging;
      e) the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment;
      f) the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received the products.
    6. If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and terms specified in this paragraph 7, the Seller will refund any amounts already collected for the purchase of the products, according to the methods and terms provided.
    7. The amounts will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will activate the refund procedures once we have verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above, as described in paragraph 8.
    8. If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller; however, you may, at your expense, have the products returned to you in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
  8. Refund times and methods
    1. After the return of the products, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks regarding their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7. If the checks are successfully concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, confirmation of the acceptance of the returned products.
    2. Regardless of the payment method you used, the refund will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, subject to verification of the correct exercise of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
    3. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the amounts due for their purchase do not match, the refund of the amounts, in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, in favor of the person who made the payment.
    4. The value date of the re-credit will be the earliest available date and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date of confirmation of the acceptance of the right of withdrawal (as per paragraph 8.1).
  9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
    1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), with specific reference to regulations on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects concerning e-commerce. In the event of disputes, the competent court will be Rome (RM).
  10. Amendments and updates
    1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change from time to time, also in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on vertigowatches.com.
