Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return a product purchased from Vertigo Watches, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Return timeframe

All returns must be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return procedure

  1. Return request
    Send a return request to the email address:
    warranty@vertigowatches.com
    specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Package preparation
    Securely place the item in the original packaging.

  3. Shipping
    Send the package to:

    Piazza Sallustio 3
    00187 Rome (RM) – Italy

    • The courier is chosen by the customer.

    • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    • We recommend using a tracked service with signature upon delivery.

Vertigo Watches Srls is not responsible for items lost during shipping. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.

Approval and refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • The verification and refund process may take up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
